Meet Hayley

Hayley started her career in Beauty therapy doing her qualifications while she was doing years 10, 11 & 12 then finished schooling and beauty school jumping straight into a full time job that introduced her into the land of lashes!

She was hooked and grew a passion for all round beauty as well lash lifts and lash extensions. She did a course after a year of getting self taught in salon and upon doing this course opened her eyes to the great world and importance of education in your trade of choice!

She then started working for herself Training with Lash Vision first hand in Lash Lifts, Classic Lashes and Volume Lashes to which quickly grew her business to now having a commercial salon with a full time staff member. She strongly believes education is knowledge.. clearly we LOVE HER!

Fun fact! She competed for Australia for snow skiing in the Children games in Canada

Meet Jess

Jess's beauty career first started in hairdressing. While she did complete her full apprenticeship, she knew it wasn’t for her. While she was an apprentice hairdresser she was studying Nail technology and ended up working for a lead wholesale beauty supply store where she completed a range of beauty training which first lead her into education.

Through Jess's 8 years working for Tasbeauty supplies, she was an educator for Lash U Lashes, Artistic Nail Design and this is where Jess first started teaching Elleebana Lash Lift courses. Jess did her very first lash training with Lash U Lashes in 2008 and became their Tasmania educator in 2009, while working, teaching and running her home salon for many years in 2018, Jess landed a job with Elleebana as on of their Australian Master Trainers and that is when life really started for Jess in this amazing industry.

Since 2018, Jess has learnt so much about this industry, her skills and herself through attending and speaking at conferences both in Australia and Internationally. Jess has trained many students both in Australia and Internationally and she had also been lucky enough to train with some of the best artists in the industry.

To mention a few, Loreta at @flawless_lashes_by_loreta , Maven at @mavenartistry and all the training she received from Elleebana in her teaching role. Jess had 2 magazine front covers, Lash Inc UK and Beauty Pro Magazine and she also had work featured in Lash Inc Australasia.Jess's most favourite achievement to date was competing at the 2020 Lash World Cup where she placed 4th in the world for Lash Lifting and was only 2 points off 1st 😅Since then, Jess took a little break to start her family and has the most hilarious little girl who makes every day an absolute blast!! Heading back into training excites Jess so much, while she does have a successful salon it’s the piece of her that’s been missing ❤️
